2. User Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between PT Spring Talenta Indonesia and any individual or entity using our services ("User").
3. Services Offered
PT Spring Talenta Indonesia provides an online platform that allows Users to create and manage their resumes. Our services may include, but are not limited to, resume templates, and related tools.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided in their resumes. PT Spring Talenta Indonesia is not responsible for the content and accuracy of User-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates and content provided through our services are the exclusive property of PT Spring Talenta Indonesia.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
User data is collected, used, and protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments and Fees
Details regarding premium features, associated fees, and payment methods can be found on our website.
Refund Policy
Users are eligible for a full refund (100%) if no resume or CV download activity has occurred after upgrading to a premium service. To qualify for the refund, the request must be made within 30 days from the date of the upgrade.
8. Termination and Cancellation
Accounts can be terminated by Users or PT Spring Talenta Indonesia, subject to the terms specified in this Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
PT Spring Talenta Indonesia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the User, if applicable.
10. Updates and Changes
PT Spring Talenta Indonesia may update these terms, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republik Indonesia.
